Real estate is a hard business. You have to wear a lot of hats to be a successful agent. You have to keep clients happy. You have to hold transactions together. You have to process endless amounts of paperwork. And that’s just the basics to get a transaction to close! That doesn’t include the rest of your work does it? The work you have to do to find new clients to work with you. The work you have to do to stay in touch with past clients. The work you have to do to market yourself on a daily basis.

This is not an effective Twitter strategy. I wish I could help this agent without offending her, but I’m guessing a stranger reaching out to her with a criticism just might do that. It made me realize that I am lucky. I have a group of friends on social media that will tell me if a post missed the mark or if has
