Are you converting your website traffic into prospects? Or are you missing an opportunity to convert these visitors into real estate leads? I like to capture visitors by directing them to a landing page on my website. My custom landing page gives these visitors the information they crave without having to dig around on my site. It grabs their attention, builds trust and helps to convert the visitor to a lead. Who doesn’t want a website that produces leads?
Real Life Application
Use a landing page:
- To capture prospects from Facebook ads
- On a postcard marketing campaign to a farming neighborhood
- As a resource page for current clients
- To start a drip email marketing campaign for first time home buyers
Please note, this post contains an affiliate link. Like you I am paid on commission so when applicable I use an affiliate link on products I recommend. Also please know I only recommend things I truly love!
My Landing Page Secret Weapon
I love my landing pages. I think they are simple and to the point. Yet I would never say I created these landing pages from scratch. I use a very powerful app called OptimizePress to create awesome landing pages. OptimizePress is a good tool to create a custom landing page for your real estate website. The key features of OptimizePress include:
- 30+ landing page templates that you can customize
- 40+ elements that you can add to the landing page. Elements include things like testimonials, email sign-up forms, headlines and more.
- Integration with popular email services such as AWeber, MailChimp. MyEmma, iContact.
- Option to use OptimizePress as a stand alone website or a plugin for WordPress
- Built in Google Analytics to track landing page conversions
- Drag and drop page editor making it easy to create landing pages
- All templates are mobile and tablet friendly
What I like best about OptimizePress is once you know how to set up a landing page it is easy to use. I don’t have to worry about using complicated code or tools. It is easy to add elements and rearrange them with the drag and drop editor. OptimizePress includes graphics so I do not have to search for images and waste my time. I also like that I can create an unlimited amount of landing pages without an extra cost.
As an added bonus I know I am working with templates that are proven to convert website visitors into leads. This takes the guesswork out of creating a landing page that will convert leads. All you have to worry about is creating good real estate content for your landing page.
As much as I like OptimizePress, not everything is perfect. I consider myself a techie person and I had a hard time with the installation. I also struggled with how to set up my first landing page. I think the owner of OptimizePress could improve the instructions. A list of step-by-step instructions on how to get started would be helpful. I have also had issues getting AWeber to work with earlier versions of OptimizePress. The customer support is good, but it takes at least a day to get a response.
An alternative to OptimizePress is the popular LeadPages software. I think LeadPages is easier to use and I like that they offer automatic A/B testing. What I don’t like about LeadPages is the price. It is $67 a month to get everything you would want from their software. OptimizePress is a one time fee of $97 with a license to use on three websites. I like to own my tools outright which is why I prefer OptimizePress. I would rather pay a one-time fee than a monthly fee for a similar service. Both services do offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This gives you the option to try out both services risk free.
Landing pages can give you an unlimited supply of real estate leads from your own website. It is targeted marketing that shows prospects you understand their real estate needs. If you want to do this kind of marketing I recommend that you take a look at OptimizePress. OptimizePress makes it easy to create a custom landing page in a short amount of time!
